Wanting cheap or small laptop to play

@VampireSapphire  To be honest, the laptops you could get for £300 would likely struggle with Sims 4 even on the lowest settings.  I had a look around, and even without taking weight into account, the cheapest laptops I saw with at least decent hardware started at £350 or so.  Even those might not be what you want for other reasons.

Are you willing to buy a used laptop from a site like Ebay?  There's some risk involved, but on the other hand, you could get a better deal than what you'd find from another online retailer, even considering used models.  If you'd prefer a new laptop, it would probably be better to wait until the Black Friday sales start—you might see a suitable laptop that's normally £400 or so fall into your price range.
