I think it's CC or mod related, I can't hear any sounds looping. Could you test the game without your mods folder in?

- Just gave it a try, the looping sounds have ceased and cannot be replicated. I feel so silly for not thinking it could have been mod related. Thank you so much, I guess it's time to start slowly adding them back in and see which one is causing an audio loop.
