not sure. look i get what it is to shop around a budget, or even "not to spend more than in a console" but i can assure you, a pc is the solution. a console gets declared off the market, and the console basically dies. clear example the wii got after a short years all the official online support for multiplayer online dead. the pc is the best option.
if you ask me any brand, trust on the popular ones. like intel, amd, asus, LG, samsung, etc.
