@Tiaemma The first link, the Victus, is the clear best option here. Its graphics card is about 25% faster in gaming than the graphics card in the MSI. While that's an average that differs from one game to the next, it should still be obviously faster in Sims 4. Additionally, the MSI runs louder and noisier than the Victus under heavy loads.
Both of these are significantly better than the Acer, with the GTX 1650 in the MSI being twice as fast in gaming as the graphics chip in the Acer. While the Acer would be a good choice at a lower price, it's not so much if you can get a gaming laptop for so little more. The price of the Victus is quite good given the typical market.
If you'd like me to look for other possibilities as well, just ask. I don't think I'll find anything better than the Victus at the same price, or equal at a lower price. But if there's something you don't like about this particular laptop, let me know what it is and I'll see if I can find a more suitable option.
