My verison is 1.75.125.1530
I'm not adding mods back , I deleted all of my mods but it still pops up the same thing, I dont have a antivirus.
Also I pulled up my origin and went to game properties , i changed it to the 32bit instead of the 64 and it worked but wouldnt allow me to go online.
So i chaged it back to the 64bit and the icon popped back up. Im gonna upload you a picture to what it says because i've done everything.
This is what pops up everytime i try and play . I deleted all of my mods , updated the game and computer , uninstalled it .. I have gotten to play the game in 3 months... Trying to figure out the problem but nothing seems to help
@Alesiea12 Start by running a couple of basic checks on your Windows system files:
- Hit Windows key-X
- Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
- Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes into the window, and enter
- The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here
- After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key-X again
- Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator)”
- Inside the window, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes into the window, and enter
- Post the message you receive here
Restart your computer before trying to play.
If you get the same error, create a new admin user account on your computer and try playing in that. Make it a local account, as in, don't sign into Microsoft, and don't sync with any other services you normally use. You'll be able to login to your existing Origin account and launch Sims 4 without redownloading anything.
