@holakate You'll need to test your custom content, and mods too, to see what's broken and in need of updating or removing. Start here for a list of known-broken content:
For anything not on that list, you'll need to test it yourself. If you have a lot of files to sort through, the 50/50 method can make the process much more efficient:

Once you've done that, you can move over the contents of saves, Tray (saved households and builds), and Screenshots and Recorded Videos if you care about those. The other files and folders can be discarded, although you may want to keep accountDataDB.package if you're only partway through one week's Reaper rewards tasks. Any week you've completed is tied to your account, not this file.
