@angelherrr10  If you use any mods, please remove them and see whether the Play button returns.

If this doesn't help, please post a screenshot of the Main Menu where the Play button should be.  You can put the game into windowed mode first and then use Windows key-shift-S to capture the relevant portion of the screen.
