Re: Why won't mods work after the update?

Game mods and custom content sometimes become outdated when the game gets patched. That is why it is a good idea to go through your mods folder after every update to make sure the mods and cc are still usable and not causing issues with your game.

Move the Mods folder out from the \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 folder and paste it to the desktop. Then try running the game again to see if you still are having issues.

What may be the problem is that some of the mods/cc need to be updated. If that's the case you need to go through your mods folder to see what needs to be updated.
