@kalebjoseph07  Sims 4 works fine in Windows 10, at least most of the time.  Yours is a known issue:

Start by setting exceptions in Windows Defender's Controlled Folder Access, if you have it enabled, as well as any third-party antivirus/firewall software you have running.  If that doesn't help, you can try the other steps described in the above link.
