Good morning! I have played my Sims 4 for years. I opened my game one day and the next day it started giving me the "unrecognized video card" error. I have done all the troubleshoot steps above as well us uninstalled and factory reset my entire computer with no luck. I am pretty devastated and hope with help, I can play again. Thank you!
