mine is also not recognized for some reason. i dont get the error pop up but ever since the last update my game will work for around 10 minutes before the game crashes and automatically shuts down. this has never happened before until now.

@ShayShei The unrecognized graphics card is unrelated to the crashes, and while I can try to help with both, the crashes are more important. So please try forcing Sims 4 to run in DirectX 11 mode. Open your EA App game library, click Sims 4 > Manage > View properties, and add -dx11 in the command line box.
If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
