So I bought a new computer and I backed up my files from my previous one. I copied the entire sims 4 file off my old computer and moved it over. My game tells me that my graphics card is not recognized. I check the settings and my resolution is off which is odd and my graphics are on high but I feel like it should be higher? Anyway I repair my game and my resolution was fixed and the error didn't pop up anymore but I know its not recognized because when I go to the config log it says:
Name (driver): NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060
Name (database): [Found: 0, Supported: 1]
Can anyone help me with this? Please be as detailed as possible. I found some solutions through searching but I got confused and couldn't figure it out. Any help is appreciated.

Yamimi This isn't a problem you need to fix. You can simply change your graphics settings to whatever you want to use without any negative effects. The GPU recognition only tells the game which settings to use by default.
If you do want to get your GPU recognized, I need the next couple lines of Config.log after the two you've posted so I can see the device ID.

Hi puzzeladdict I saw your thread on unrecognized graphics card and followed your instructions and I was able to edit that graphics file so now it finds my card. Thank you for your help. I posted my information on that thread but here it is again in case you want to add it to the master file.
