Recover game from lost account

@Rzeznik_z11  Normally, you'd just need to install Origin again, login to the same account that you used to install Sims 4 last year, and open your Origin game library.  Sims 4 should still be there; you can click on it and download it again, for free.

If you don't know what account you used a year ago, you can enter any email address you have into the sign in window and select "Forgot your password?"  Any address that's linked with an Origin account will receive a password recovery email.

There's no way to transfer the game to a new account, so if you can't recover your old account, then you'll need to ask EA customer support for help.
