@arianator3942 Then I don't think there's a way to fix it. I don't think the game is able to create the missing thumbnail if the Sim is gone.

bummer, well thanks anyway. do you by chance know of any mods that can be used to see a full family tree all at once?

    @arianator3942 No, haven't heard of a mod that does that but I don't know that many mods.
