redeem code problem
I cant play this game after I spent so much money and time trying to install again....why cant a redeem code be used twice

@alonihoneyy Once a code is used, it's permanently tied to that account and can't be transferred or removed. But to reinstall the game, all you need to do is login to that original account, and it should still be in your game library. If this is not the case, please contact EA customer support for help.
