@LadyWhinesAlot Unfortunately, there's no good way to add Sims 4 to a child account, at least not yet. So you'll need to contact support, again. If you can't find a live chat option, try this link:
Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
It wont let me contact them, i click but options and the page just refreshes every time....

@LadyWhinesAlot Strange, the link works for me (I tried it just now), with the live chat option listing a 9-minute wait. Have you tried a different browser, or a different device? Some browsers appear to not work with the help site very well, or at all.

- 2 years ago@puzzlezaddict So i used your link on chrome as well and the same thing happened, it just reloads to the same page....

@LadyWhinesAlot Please use a different device then, and preferably one that uses a different internet connection. For example, you might test with your phone while it's using mobile data vs. your computer on your home network. Or try a computer at work or a public library if you can.
I use Firefox, and the site has been working fine for me today. I'm not sure why it doesn't for some people, just that you're far from the only one. If I had a suggestion for what you could do that didn't require contacting EA support or spending money, I'd let you know, but this is the only way I'm aware of to add Sims 4 to a child account other than buying a code for it. And you shouldn't have to spend money on something that's free.
