@LadyWhinesAlot Strange, the link works for me (I tried it just now), with the live chat option listing a 9-minute wait. Have you tried a different browser, or a different device? Some browsers appear to not work with the help site very well, or at all.
@puzzlezaddict Im using firefox, ill try chrome. But yes when i click email or the chat one it just reloads the page
