Refund

So I'm trying to buy the Sims 4 eco lifestyle because I hear it's good and it's %60 off but everytime I do the transaction dosnt go through and it's already taken 5 dollars. I've been trying to contact someone but there's no Email or phone number available. Regardless can someone please help me or boost the post so more people see it. Thanks dag dag

    Let's try the following: 

    • Use a different payment method
    • Make sure your billing details in the EA app match the billing details for your card
    • Remove and re-add your payment method from your account
    • Make sure the location on your account matches your real location

    As for those charges you're seeing, those are pre-authorization charges which are temporary transactions we use to verify the payment information. These will be refunded to you automatically within seven business days.
