reinstalling sims4 get unexpected error

Hi, I installed sim4 around october 2014. It does not work anymore since may, so finally I decided to uninstall and reinstall it. Uninstall worked but when I try to reinstall I get unexpected error 327683:0. I play sims for years, so I came back to sims3 but it's a big frustration. what can I do?
