remove game code from origin

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
I want to talk about something you don't mention above: remove game code for sims 4 get together
How accessible is the current experience? It's overall fine
Summarize what in the product is difficult to use. sims 4 get together install
How is this making it more difficult? can't find contents on pc
How can we reproduce this experience? I don't know

I installed sims 4 get together from dvd now I can't find the game contents on pc

I registered the game code so now I can't install the game again

    @martys49

    You might not be able to completely remove any game from Origin, if I remember correctly, as once the game is registered to your account the game is pretty much permanently attached to your account.

    We cannot help with account issues here at AHQ. To know for sure if you can delete a game code from your account you would want to contact EA's Customer Service.

    1. Click on the following link: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ (once there make sure that your country is correctly selected in top left hand corner of Help.EA.com)
    2. Find the affected game - in this case select either Origin or Sims 4
    3. Select your platform
    4. Select topic and issue.
    5. Select a contact option. Please note that available contact options do depend on your country settings, time of day and the topic/issue you choose.

    However, if you're not ready to do that, you might try uninstalling/reinstalling Origin to make sure that it's not the Origin client causing the issue. As Origin has been a resent issue in packs not being able to be installed correctly.
