Repeating Game Failed to Load Error

I keep receiving this error message after downloading the business pack. Before I downloaded that pack, I was having issues with the game not saving/ getting stuck on the save screen. Someone suggested I clear my cache, which I did. Now I am running into this error.  I have deleted all my mods/CC, uninstalled, reinstalled my game, and repeatedly repaired it. Nothing changes when I log back on to Sims.
