Reporting a bug

Ever since the latest update whenever I travel, no matter where I'm going or how I travel my game crashes.

I have no mods or cc, and I play on a fairly decent gaming laptop. I was already getting frustrated when my sim getting stuck in idle, random sims waking through the walls of my apartment, and having to hunt for missing items that are currently unlisted. I found work arounds for those but cant seem to figure out how to leave the house. I don't recall being an agoraphobic as a new personality trait. I have 11327 hours of game play on just the sims 4 so I've gotten pretty use to bugs at this point. But this one is actually affecting my ability to even play the game, not just the experience.
