@Mekoshark Moving your post to a new thread then. That's something different.
Is this the text you're getting: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/crin-error/required-game-data-missing-damaged-de4ee14f29f00e76000000004b0d852b/ ?

First of all, thanks for your help!
I followed all the instructions on your outside link. My firewall from Windows and my Malware bytes have all four files on them. My user folder is reset. I troubleshot my Origin settings. The setting for my user rights was already in place. The only thing I didn't do was sync the settings because MSN hasn't texted me a code after 2 attempts.
I had a question about compiling the Origin and Origin games files. Are they supposed to be in one file? Or are they separate? Either way, they are both on my allowed lists.
I will uninstall and reinstall tomorrow to see if that fixes things. (I have some errands to run) But I restarted my computer twice and tried turning on my sims game with no success.

Not sure what you mean by this. In Malware bytes or Windows Firewall ?

I meant with the actual files on my computer, not on my firewall software. On my Program files x86, it has an Origin files and an Origin games separate files. On your website discussing this matter, it said that you wanted us to combine all files into one, I was asking if you wanted me to combine the Origin file and the Origin games file. I'm assuming they need to be separate, but I wanted to make sure.
While uninstalling my origin files, I noted that Snowy Escape and Paranormal Stuff are separate from those Origin files and I'd have to delete them separately. I believe this is what you are implying about adding them into my games file. However, I've tried locating where they are placed and my computer search is not able to locate them so I can place them into my Origin games file. How can I do this? And if this is something that is caused by Origin's site, how do I let them know about this so others don't have to go through what I'm dealing with?
thanks again.
