Reset Sims Life

I want to reset all traits, aspirations, etc. Without having to remake my character over again. Is that possible?

When you started the game you had to save your sim to the library.
Start a new game, find your saved sim in your library and enter him to CAS

    If you delete him
Save your sim to the library. Choose options: new game. In CAS, in the "fun with genes" option - or a similar name - create a twin brother for him. He will not be completely identical but very similar,
You can also send your Sim to work at the Institute and at some stage of his career he can clone himself. This cloned sim will be identical to the original but completely new like from CAS.

To change traits you need a potion for satisfaction points. You can change the aspirations by clicking on it and selecting a new one.
You can use the MCC mod but all this is possible without mod.
