Hello,
I want to order Sims 4 and take the chance to see if it works on my laptop. If it does not work can I get a refund for it via origins?

The base game of The Sims 4 is one of our games with the Origin Great Game Guarantee. You could purchase the game through Origin, try it in your laptop and decide if you want to keep it or not.
You can make a refund request:
- Within 24 hours of first launching the game.
- Within seven days from the day you bought it, if you have not launched the game.
- Within seven days from the release date if you pre-ordered the game, if you have not launched the game.
Whichever comes first.
