Romance Bar for Child

I'm also having this issue. Just started last night. Stretched the kid out and kissed the kid and now there's a romantic bar. No mods or cc and the game is up to date. Also tried restarting the game and that didn't help, it just reset all of my sims back to the front of their yard when I went back into the game.
