Romantic interactions such as flirting do not appear when sims socialize

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.76.81.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? City leaving, Parenthood and Laundry day
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? My sims do not have the romantic interactions
What happens when the bug occurs? Every time they socialize
What do you expect to see? The option with the flirty interactions
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I just downloaded for the first time the Sims 4 on my pc, I only played it through my phone any sims game. However, does anybody knows why i dont have the romantic interactions? I mean, my sims can only do rude, funny or friendly introduction. I cant get them to flirt or get them close together even though they are good friends and that. I will appreciate if somebody could explain to me or is it a problem my game has?

    @alexacandy Are they related in any way or is one a teen and the other older than that ?

    Does that happen to every couple or just your household ?

    I just downloaded the game and im new to the sims4 in pc, so I just have the two sims young adult i created plus the sim that gives you the game. They are young adults, good friends but I do not have other interactions rather than funny, rude and friendly introduction, I only can do that, and its always the same things: tell a joke, get to know and talk about interests.

    I also get them so be both flirty AND very flirty but i do not get any romantic options or interactions. I barely can interact with objetcs, the game doesnt give me many options. I cant do dates either Frown



    I also moved them together in the same household and it doesnt work eithe

    @alexacandy There is a bug where Sims turn into siblings so please check the relationship panel and the family tree if they have any relations.

    Can you do romantic interactions with other Sims outside your household?

    Are you playing the tutorial? It's been a while but I remember the tutorial limits what you can do at some points. If you are playing the tutorial test if it works on a normal game, no tutorial. 

    Also, this is probably a silly question, but you don't see the menu for romantic interactions even if you click on "more choices", right?

    @babuchas01 no, i cant do any romantic interactions with other sims either. Okay, i will see if im no longer playing the tutorial! and nooo, I clicked on more interactions and there is no option for any romantic type, but I will see if im still playing the tutorial even though I have been playing it for like 3 weeks ☹️ and thank you!!!
