I can't play the game. Everytime I create a sims and go to buy a house, it sends me back to the maps and if I click to go to the main menu all my saved games disappear incluiding the one I just made. I don't know how to fix this and it's getting very frustrating.
Are you a mod user? The August 2025 patch (1.117) broke many, many script mods, with this being the symptom, and these are still the ones most likely to be your problem. Use the Previously Broken mods and CC for many (not all!) mods that have no updates. Use “Updated” in the Broken/Updated Mods list for patch 1.117 as a second starting point, but note many were updated for patch 1.118 and/or are not yet cleared in the current list (for links, see Mod & CC Issues: START HERE).
