Saved to gallery but no showing up in the catalog

I’m currently trying to save my building because I want to reset my game due to bug erros. Like I don’t use cc in my building and they are tagging as I did. There is no apparent problem downloading...

When you are on the in game gallery tick the box to "include custom content".
If you do not have any custom content at all the game may be reading something else as cc in error.
Common items mistaken for cc are paintings and photos created by your Sim. Especially emotional paintings such as sad, focused, confident etc.
