Do you mean your order history on your Steam account is empty? Have you made sure you're logging into the same account that you originally made the purchase on?
If you're not able to locate a game you purchased through Steam, you'd need to contact Steam support for assistance on this- here at EA, we wouldn't have any details on your Steam account information or any purchases you've made through your Steam account.
