Im having a similar problem. My script mods arent crashing my game or effecting it in any way. I cant use them, as all of my script mods including Mc Command Center are showing as custom content instead of script mods. Ive tried deleting and redownloading MCcc and restarting everything.nothing has worked
First check if you have turn on scripts mode in game option.
If it is correct an you have still not mods in game move the mods folder to desktop. Delete localthumbcache.package file in game folder and fix the game in Origin. Play 2 minutes without mods and save. Download the new script mods instead of the old one and put in game.It doesn't matter that this mods will still be the same Copy and past your CC from desktop to new mods folder.
