Search for the Truth while Spying on the Neighborhood

So, my little nerd brained geek decided to troll teh forums until he was able to use his observatory to spy on the neighborhood.  Unfortunately, now that he wants to get some nice night sky prints he...

    In my experience he needs to be in a focus emotion for the option to show up.

    Is he in that mood ?

    He was not, I will get him in a focused mood and try again later.  When I was searching to see if I had been missing something about getting SftT to show up, the mood was never mentioned, only that it became available after level 7 between 8:30p and 7a.

    Yep, it was the never-discussed mood.  Put him in the focus-room and got all three night options for the observatory at night.

      I actually had the option even during the day once. Not sure if it's a bug, tbh.
