Shadow problems

Hello, I seem to be having a problem with the shadows in the game. I noticed that if the lighting in graphics is set to very high the shadows are not how they are supposed to be. This has never happ...

    @Berj2468  The only info that might be too personal to include is the machine name and ID.  The rest can't be used against you, and I also don't know what might be relevant until I see it.

    If you'd prefer, you can PM me a link to your dxdiag, uploaded somewhere else (files can't be attached to a PM).  Or you can post it here and I'll take it down as soon as I see it.

@Berj2468  No, any EA/Steam tie in wouldn't affect this.

Please post a screenshot of the error, and please also list the full path to the folder you're trying to move.  For the latter, right-click it and select Properties > General, then list the Location.

@puzzlezaddict I tried opening the game again and it worked. I found what was wrong with the game. I think at some point in the past I had changed something in the config override. I removed the file and reloaded the game. This seems to have been the issue. Thanks for the help.
