Share The Sims 4 save

Is there a way too share your saves on sims 4 as I use my PC at home and then when im out I use my tablet and cloud does not show up on Sims 4 and if there is a way to share my save could someone please tell me.

    Yes. Your saves are in this folder: documents\electronicarts\thesims4\saves. Just copy them from one device to another via memory stick or whatever means you have.
