Sim can’t enroll for more courses at this time.... university bug?

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
What is your current game version number? 1.31.106.2300
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except for Star Wars journey to batuu, nifty knitting, my first pet stuff, toddler stuff, and kids room stuff pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The bug seems to be happening in the university expansion pack.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim can’t enroll in university. It says “this sim can’t enroll for more courses at this time”.
What do you expect to see? Expect to see this issue resolved in the next patch.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I had to use the debug cheat to enroll my sim in university but even then I still don’t see any classes or homework under my Sims career tab.

    I saved my sims from the gallery and ever since I downloaded her in my game the sim has always had her past degree program under the career tab. She has been in the physics program and has completed all the credits but not by me. I am using cheats under this save file but I’ve never enrolled the sim in university. I’ve taken a few screenshots of the career panel but not sure if it’s loaded yet

    @recklissbunnii To me it looks like someone uploaded that Sim with a stuck university degree not finished so that's now becoming an issue.

    Do you remember where you downloaded her from ?

    Hi sorry for the late response, but I’ve downloaded her from the Xbox sims 4 gallery

    @recklissbunnii The galleries are shared between all platforms.

    Do you remember the original creator/name of the Sim ?

    Hello! I have a similar issue but my sim was not from the Gallery, I had a sim who had gotten an acceptance letter, but then I had him drop out so I could move him to a different dorm. Instead of waiting for the next term I tried using the cheat to automatically enroll him but every time I try that, I choose his degree path etc, it takes me to the correct dorm I chose, but it doesn't give him any classes under the career tab. It only says "Join a Career" and when I click that it thinks hes dropping out of uni again... so I do not think this is an issue with the gallery but I could be wrong, however I would like to know if there is a way to fix this
