Sim Doesn't Stop Practicing

I had this problem too, However I found out that if you go to travel mode (I belive its the "M" Key) it force stops your sim to stop practicing and move to that location. Also I think mods might be causing this (not 100% sure if mods are causing). Try and see if that works
Also, Forgot to tell you, You need to go somewhere not just press "M" then close, you need to travel somewhere like the park or something and then go back to your house or what ever
