If this fits your issue please click the button Me Too in the first post to let the developers know how common an issue this is; and describe your problem in the thread. Any recordings of it are good, and please also give info on your computer. The best way, and easiest, is to gather a dxdiag report on it and attach it to your post. Here is how:
