Sim Lost Relationship With Boyfriend

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
What is your current game version number? 1.78.58.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Restart game
What happens when the bug occurs? After exiting the game and logging back in
What do you expect to see? My female & male sims lost their total relationship. Let me explain: My sims were deeply in love with each other and then I saved the game and exit for the night. Next day, I reloaded my game, and the two sims were like strangers, they totally lost their friendship/love bar like it went back to zero. Could their be a bug?
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. After Industrial Loft Lit

My sims lost their relationship progress - the relationship bar was full (both friend/love) and then it went back to 0

    No..  They are 2 that I actually created in CAS, not generated by the game.  They both lived in separate households, and they became friends and then  romantically involved.  So after playing for a couple hours, I had to do other things in  real life, so I saved and exit the game.   Couple hours later loaded up my save game, and the two  were complete strangers.   Their relationship bars went back to "0"

    @FitoBoy13 Is everything else in the game like it should be or could it be it didn't save properly ?

    Thank you for your response.  Well, there is an issue with the doctor & pregnant patient Maya rigging issue which I reported and Sim Team is checking into it, and I did post on Answers HQ But, so far this is the only other issue I have come across.  Now, I'm not playing with mods, I've uninstalled and reinstalled my game, patches are both updated with Origin & Sims.  When I uninstalled I did a clean install, (meaning deleting all the folders in Electronic Arts completely deleting The Sims 4 folder.  I do play on the EA app as well, but this happened while using the Origin App.

    @FitoBoy13 Sorry, what I meant is, did all the other progress you did when you played also reset or just the relationship ?

    Does it happen again if you re-do it ?

    Hi.  Sorry for misunderstanding ... no,  I  notice no other relationships having issues, It was the Zest family, their young adult son was in love with another sim, so ... but his parents didn't lose their relationship.  Maybe it was a small fluke or something?  thanks for your reply

    Hi  I did, it  they are married now ... and have 4 kids ... so it seems to work
