Sim travel leads to world select

Hello! 

First of all, Ive removed all mods. Ive repaired the game through origin, ive deleted and created new game files AND ive made multiple new worlds. I have no clue why this issue is persisting. It occurs in both Sims 4 64 bit and Sims 4 legacy edition. 

When I try to travel to a different lot (The vet clinic) via phone, it wont load the lot but instead lead me to world select where I can no longer select sims to play. Every time it leads me back to the world select. This was a world played without mods or CC, but even so ive removed them and tried to fix this issue many many times.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks <3

     Found a solution. Seems the base of a house in the neighborhood that comes with cats & dogs was somehow causing this issue. Moved the sims out of the house and the problem stopped. 

    None of the troubleshooting worked because creating new game files and all of that stuff didnt affect the house. Idk why this happened.

    Ive taken the packages out AND deleted the Mods folder. 

    Ive deleted my sims 4 folder entirely, not caring about my saves really. Ive done most if not all troubleshooting.

    I have the same problem as well, the one where when I try to travel with my sim it just takes me to world select. I tried repairing the game, updating it, etc. (I play on Sims 4 Legacy btw.) I don't have any packs either. I even tried creating new games, and used a new sim with no house just to see if it'll work and it didn't.

    Try repairing the game through Origin.
    1. Close the game
    2. Right-Click on the game in Origin
    3. Hit Repair game.
