Sim won’t go through doors

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Playing a sim with that has gluttony
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim won’t stop eating and their size won’t reduce after any amount of exercise. Sim won’t go through any doors on any lot.
What do you expect to see? The sim to be able to get thin and able to add doors back on my lot.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

I have a problem with a sim that has gluttony trait, she won’t stop eating and no matter how much exercise she does it doesn’t effect her size and now she won’t fit through any doors on any lots.
ive tried to remove the sim but I can’t seem to remove her from my current game on PS4, is there a way to solve this issue ? Or to get rid of this sim that won’t effect the rest of the current game I’m playing ?
