Sim won't move

Last night one of my sims went to put her toddler to bed and now she is stuck standing next to his bed with a bladder failure icon in her queue. She won't move or anything from that spot. No mods installed. Recently added a nanny to household as a live in. Any way to fix this?

Hold down Ctrl + shift + c and type in 'testingcheats true'. Then right click on the sim in question and select "Reset Sim" and it should fix the problem. Hope this helps!
