Sim4 day of the dead unable to collect candy sugar too far away

Then it late hours in sim time so that another day wasted in sim time as gotvto waits till itv7 or 8 in the morning waiting for a sim to pass by and mostly that kid and a few elderlies that pass by but none dressed up I scroll and they are at the wrong end of the street that not let me click on them. Why will they not pass my house and why are they avoiding me all the time?  😰😢😥

My game is now responding after I have played it on the screen for a couple of hours and I was able to click on the sim doing the Day of the dead on far side of the screen as before the actions did not come up for the greetings so was able to do a friendly one and got my second candy sugar skull. So maybe I had to let my game settle down first for it to respond. Am good

Yes I met a few of them at the park and one give a sugar skull but it was not added I wonder why? Oh met another sim made friends star gaze then found out her trait mean ask for sugar skull then why should I celierbrate with a stranger and enimy the friend ship suddenly dropped from green to red so my sim suddenly disliked her. I think it was the mean trait refused to share. I look out for mean sims I might use that trait on one of my sims so she keep all the candys

I found it in the my sim inventory so have look for the display cabinet since I found I can move it and there be another. One ah I think I understand now it the same as one I got so it 9 different types if get the same one then it place in the sim's inventory now understand why it was not added as I need to get all the ones not got so got 2  different ones so it going to take longer than I think. So any repeats can sell for 10 simoleons 

I think my sim is stupid I try get him to make a friendly entro and ask for a sugar skull and just walking to ware they are and then just stands there if he is lost walks to another direction still not got to the target. So thought at this rate not going to get the last elusive sugar skull so in the end I quit my game with out saving and try again but this time I try another sim and use the teleport cheat where they are and then do the actions see if I get that last sugar  not getting messed about. So why is is so hard for my sim to do a simple action?

Sims noticed if I paused the the sims keep moving and specially the ones dressed as Day of the dead and they suddenly vanish trying to get that last sugar cane making too hard and specially when my game lags a lot

i have a computer made by Compaq and I wonder what is a better make as I think I need a recommendation on makes on better performance I read somewhere that is a simple Teknic on helping a computer to perform faster. I clear all catch and that. But my game seems to lag on the important and critical parts in the game that I lost the important content in the game in other words it tends to lag at the wrong times. 😥

Woohoo I got all 9 sugar skulls it took an age but finally got them 👍🏻👍🏻😄🎂😂😀

Will this help my computer to run faster as it has been slow on some game that seems to take the most memory and slows down performance and I don't open any other programmes when I play as I know other programmes slow my game performance, if this helps I happy and if it does not is there other things I could do to improve my performance on my compute. I do clear history and cookies and that, but then it's still slow today my game was playing good for awhile but when my sim was due to work we was in a different location. So my sim on the way to work game went on the loading screen when it look like my sim had finished work as I saw the money drop still on the loading screen some more money dropped. And I think was on the loading screen other thing where happening finaly I got into my sims flat and the power was off. I check the notification two hours ago had a noticatin owe 7500simoleon then 20 minutes ago 24 hours to pay before the power is turned off and and then I checked my sims computer to do the daily tasks was unable too as the power was already turned off, all this happened when I was hidden behind the loading screen. The speed really does need to be improved big time.
