Sims 4 - Back to Work

Hi,

I recently purchased a hard-copy "Sims 4 - Back to Work" expansion back for my sister.

After running 'AutoRun' for the cd, it opens up an Origin dialogue box, which explains the download procedure, and then has a button 'Continue'. On selecting this, the dialogue box dissapears, but then nothin happens.

I open Origin, and it only shows Sims 4, and not 'Back to Work'.

Why is this happening? Why can't my sister get the game installed?

See if the game does show up in Origin. Follow these steps:
- Go to the 'my games' tab in Origin.
- Hover over your 'The Sims 4'.
You'll see a little screen come up with an 'i' and a 'play/download/install' button.
- Click on the 'i', you'll be taken to a different screen.
- Scroll a bit down and check if it's there, if it is, install it.
