Sims 4 - Game starts - hear audio - black screen with in-game cursor

My game starts, hear the music, screen is black with in-game cursor. If I CTRL/ALT/DEL the game pops up and I can see the game. Go into Create-A-Sim and it goes back to black screen w/ cursor. Occasi...
