SIMS 4 - How to kick sim out or move just one sim?

My newlywed Sims from SIMS 4 would like to move out of their parents home & buy a home of their own. The problem is that there is no option to split households. The only option is to "move household"...

one if you only wanted to play with that family you could use any Sim click on dresser-plan outfit then save a copy of the family to your library then start a new game add those Sims to create a household then delete the Sims you don't want and just have the couple only
