Sims 4 - maid doesn’t come

Question

I have the scheduled maid service and they don’t come anymore. Even when I call to cancel them, then hire them for one time, they still don’t come. I’ve updated the game and also repaired it, and still can’t make it happen. Thanks in advance for any insight!

@KateC2212  Do you have any mods/cc in your game ? Do you have more than 8 Sims in your household via a Mod ?

@crinrict I do not. And it’s three in the household, one is a toddler

@KateC2212  Do you have a private dwelling lot trait ? Does it happen for every family or just a specific one.Did you check if the maid is stuck somewhere ?
