sims 4 - no sound after alt tab

    @puzzlezaddicti have disabled the audio focus in the game config. and now im playing on windowed mode, it seems to have fixed the audio loss issue.

    but i had to restart the game after disabling audio focus, just disabling it wont fix the issue, i had to restart the game in order for the new changes to take place.

@LIIIIIIIIEEEES  Thanks for the info.  And yes, many if not most settings within Sims 4 require a restart in order to take effect.
