this is happening to me currently ☹️ I’ve tried taking out my mods folder & saves and also repairing Thee game and starting with a new sims 4 folder. I have a MacBook btw.

@Swishaa_Bluntss Please try a Super Repair, as described here:
If the repair doesn't work, try running the Origin reset tool for macOS and then repairing again.

@Swishaa_Bluntss Does the same thing happen in a new save in a clean folder? If not, then you can try recovering one of the game's automatic backups of your existing save. Hopefully at least one of them doesn't have this issue.

It's best to use the manual method of recovering the backup, so you can make a spare copy before loading it.
