Sims 4 - Some Sims Are Completely Black (Even Hair And Clothes)

So here's something I've never experienced before. At least two random sims in my game suddenly turned completely black for reasons I am unable to discern, and now appear as silhouetted outlines. Ref...

@crinrict The shadow people are only on the 'winter outfit'. Seriously, change outfits and it's back to normal. I don't want a factory reset.

If I go into CAS to change the family, the game crashes as I try to exit CAS. Some bug, something someone will figure out. All my script mods are up to date, if it's a package file, I'll live with it.

I'm not deleting a save that's been working for 4 years.

@beingflanked No one said to delete saves. Did you read how a factory reset works ?

Usually it's if you remove a custom skin or a custom skin is no longer compatible.
