Sims 4 - Unable to start Initialization error at startup

Having some sort of error code saying "Unable to Start, Initialization error at startup & then a long error code. This is really frustrating.

    FIXED!

    I had to uninstall Origin completely and delete the folders. Once I reinstalled the game worked.

Can you list the step to have a refund,might just do the same thing, paying $70 for this is unacceptable. Thanks man!

    Steps for refund:

    Go into origin client click Help

    Scroll down to Order History and click that

    Click on The Sims 4 + tab and then click on the request refund

      How do I uninstall TS4? I can't find it anywhere...
